DOT-Pothole Filler
The main product is DOT-Pothole Filler, manufactured by a dedicated production line at our 80,000 square-foot facility in South Dallas, Texas. This product has undergone extensive field trials and gained widespread approval as the solution of choice for dangerous and unsightly potholes in roads, parking areas, driveways and warehouse floors across the United States of America. The product range also includes a Crack Filler and CRC-Hydra-Liner, which is a spray-on, liquid application for oil field retention ponds and storage tank levees. These products are unique because they set quickly and effectively. The molecular “memory” affords it the outstanding ability to form bonds and recover to the original form if punctured or stressed. These products are water-based and environmentally friendly. They received widespread approval in situations where non-hazardous, non-toxic applications are required.
Roofing Products
The second series of products manufactured and sold by Chemical Resource Corporation is the “Paramount” range of sealants and SBS coatings for metal roofing applications. These products, already widely used by numerous roofing contractors around the world, include the Hydrotherm range of products. The most outstanding aspect of this easily applied, non-toxic roof coating is the inclusion of ceramic NASA Space Shuttle technology with titanium additives. When applied by brush, spray or roller to a metal roof, the CRC-Hydrotherm application will reduce the ambient temperature directly beneath the metal by as much as 25 percent. In a 100 degree Fahrenheit ambient external application, the interior ambient temperature drops by up to 25 degrees. This product has gained approval in a wide variety of applications. Retail Box outlets are the most obvious, and in the United States, many of the contractors who perform repair work or maintenance on these buildings are using CRC-Hydrotherm. The most interesting application to date has been on the roof of a chicken farm in the Middle East where following application of Hydrotherm to a single 100,000 square foot metal covered area, the air-conditioning costs decreased by nearly $80,000 per year, and the temperature inside remained controllable and comfortable.
